Body Balance is a combination of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates sequences set to music with a relaxation session to finish. This class aims to improve your strength and flexibility.

There are loads of ways to get involved with volunteering at Halo and to support your local community - from helper in the water at swimming lessons, buddy in the centre, fundraising for community programmes or an assistant on our gymnastics programme.


Resolutions are in the air and shaping our thinking for the weeks ahead.  Top of the list is deleting guilt from the goals (feeling bad about weight gain to falling off the exercise wagon is not a good motivator) and focusing on fresh starts, new friends, and your health and fitness.
