Many of us have similar goals when we are training, whether it is to train for a marathon or to improve general health and fitness, but we are all unique. Personal Trainers can work with you to help you achieve your goals realistically in a safe, supported environment.
Halo Personal Trainers are fully qualified and have great tips and advice on techniques, health and nutrition. They will work with you to ensure you get the most out of your sessions and help you reach your target.
Great rates are available to members and non-members alike, and with sessions lasting 30 minutes or an hour, training can be incorporated into even the busiest schedules.
Member Prices:
- 30 Minute Session: £15
- 60 Minute Session: £25
