Stop Smoking With Herefordshire Stub Buddies!
There's an expert helper just waiting to be your stub buddy. Stub buddies give you all the tips, tricks and support you need to see it through, they never let you forget how brilliantly you're doing, and you'll save lots (and lots) of money.
How does Stub Buddies work?
Your Stub Buddy will:
- chat with you about stopping
- help you plan how you'll quit
- discuss the nicotine replacement products Zyban and Champix
- give you support, encouragement and practical help for 12 weeks
- measure your carbon monoxide weekly and at 28 days to show you've succeeded in quitting
